For the last 35 years, of my 38 years I’ve been alive, I’ve eaten only terrible foods that were unhealthy, bringing me down mentally and emotionally and causing harm to my health. (Pizza, fried foods, candy, soda, etc) The majority of those years I’ve always wanted to eat normal foods. I really wanted to be a part of whomever I was with, who were eating normal every day foods.l but, no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t do it until I met Jeffrey Rosen. I Google’d hypnosis centers near me and he came up. We scheduled 2 sessions. After the first 1-hour session I was eating whatever was put in front of me. I ate steak for the first time in my life, not only once but twice within a couple of days. I was eating vegetables and fruits. This is a new me. I feel like this isn’t only a new chapter in my life, it’s a whole new volume. A new book even! I am eternally grateful for what Jeff has done for me. He was very knowledgeable about hypnotherapy and what had to be done to help me straighten out my life. He was super, super friendly and very relaxing. Again, thank you Jeffrey. Decided to try hypnosis as a way of helping with falling asleep, insomnia. Jeff was a total professional and explained the process to me in detail before starting. I had 2 1 hour sessions a week apart and my sleep has been significantly better since when nothing else was working for me. I noticed a big difference right from the first session. I intend on working with Jeff again if necessary.

Jeff was absolutely wonderful to work with. Jeff takes the time to talk you through the process and make you feel very comfortable. I came to Jeff with my weight loss struggles, something that I have struggled with for years. Of course I was skeptical at first but I decided as a last resort I needed to trust the process. So far since working with Jeff I have lost 10lbs! I wish I made this appointment sooner. I am happy to say that I no longer crave the bad foods that I used to destroy myself with. Working with Jeff is wonderful and I highly recommend!
