They did a Title 5 Inspection. I called a few places and they had the best price. They were responsive to my emails, arrived on time, and sent the follow-up paperwork when they said they would. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I am a first time home owner and called All Clear Septic to asked if the had history with my home as they did the title V. I spoke to Ken, he went out of his way to explain the title 5 to me, for example page 10 notes levels sludge etc, noting that the septic will not need to be pumped till spring due to low levels in my tank. He also gave me suggestions on managing my water usage as I need to give my leeching field time to manage the water. He emailed me 3 different documents, such as my septic plans and their notes on location og my septic from title 5. I have yet to spend any money at All Clear Septic and Ken went out of his way to help a young homeowmer out, spendimg nearly 15 minutes with me on the phone. I surely will be contacting them to do my pumping in the spring. Thank you Ken and All Clear Septic.
