I have been coming here now for approx 2 years. When I first starting coming this place and the people there were very nice and professional. I have been clean off of options for about 10 years and never relapsed or anything. I have only ever missed one appt that I remembered later that day and called and was able to see Dr Liebermann. So this week I never got a reminder email or text message so I wasn't sure if my appt was scheduled wrong so I called and was told that the reminder was sent and the Dr isn't working today and now I'm here with nothing. I would have never left the clinic if I this was how I wanted to he treated! I really feel BETRAYED! So now I have to go search for a Dr that can possibly see me today so that I'm not hurting from no medicine. They definitely dropped the ball here and it's too bad.
