Carlson Communications has done a wonderful job for Karam Property Management over the years. Our relationship started over 15 years ago when we brought Rich and his team in for a project we were looking to do. Although, that project never came to fruition for us, we were so impressed with Carlson Communications, that we used them for some smaller projects after that, such as logos and websites for our existing apartments complexes. Over the years Carlson Communications had built a strong and trusting relationship with us on some of the smaller projects that we had. When the time came to open two new properties, The Residences at Adams House and the Residences at River's Edge in Fall River, we knew we wanted to work with Carlson Communications, after the relationship and trust we had established over the years, as well as their vast knowledge and understanding of real estate developments and marketing. For these endeavors, they did the radio ads, print ads, websites, brochures, business cards, etc. We had weekly meetings to make sure everyone was rowing in the right direction. There was a lot of work that needed to be done, and for our company, I am the only person when it came to these matters, so to have Rich and his team be on top of all of the marketing matters, was an immense help. The process was and continues to be very collaborative and easy. Justin at Carlson does a superb job with the websites, communicating back and forth, updating when needed. I am not a creative person at all, so to have the creative people at Carlson Communications hit the ball out of the park when it comes to concepts and designs, has been crucial for our success. We were fully rented at The Residences at Adams House before opening and had The Residences at River's Edge fully rented within two months of opening. Carlson Communication and their marketing of these two properties was a large part of that success.
