We very highly recommend Holly. She helped us with our downsizing project, which entailed selling two unique properties, and buying a new condo. She found the perfect buyers for our properties - one in which a parent had lived, and the other being an equestrian property. Holly led the process for each with professionalism, strategic-thinking and planning, and leaving no detail undone. She provided excellent advice and direction on marketing and preparing each for sale - where staging was and wasnt needed, what repairs needed to be done, etc. She has quite a network of reliable and dependable contractor and service recommendations, too. She is a perfectionist on presentation - photography, timing, and makes herself a knowledgeable expert on the property details. She even wanted to get familiar with our horses - and shes not a horse person. She is very experienced and was an invaluable resource to us. And she aims for win-wins in finding perfect buyers. We really liked that about her. She works hard, but she was fun to work with, too - great sense of humor. And shes unflappable. We panicked over a few things along the way. Holly never gets rattled. A calm, cool, effective and fast problem-solver. Responsive - excellent communication throughout. Made us feel like we were her only clients. This was big. Lastly, she helped us buy a perfect new condo and we had an opportunity to see another side of Holly - representing us as buyers. She takes her job in representing clients very seriously. Just great. So happy we crossed paths with Holly. Very highly recommended.

Listing to closed in under 8 weeks! Multiple offers and a sales price significantly over the listing price in under a week! Living over 125 miles from this home I was tasked with selling, I was very apprehensive due to my lack of knowledge of the area and no contacts for identifying needed resources. Holly did a great job in helping me find resources and managing the process of a Title V septic replacement & plumbing update as well as providing contacts for the house clean-out, waste disposal and house cleaning. She even helped me find a lawn service that was taking new clients (more challenging than one would think). Holly was very responsive via texts, phone and email and providing the required documentation for the closing attorneys. I cant speak highly enough of my appreciation for everything Holly accomplished to help me sell my home.

Holly Young from Delap is the most amazing realtor ever. She's been helpful in so many ways. We had a year long purchase that involved a property in trust, three lawyers, and an oil spill. She hung in there all the way! She's also been super helpful with our very sweet in-laws. If you can work with Holly count yourself lucky. She's formidable and she's in your corner. Holly is also personable and fun. She's just great to work with.

Laura Dziura was excellent from the first email communication through our closing. She was patient, and she understood our priorities. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail put us at ease with major decision making. There was no doubt that she wanted what was best for us; her guidance was invaluable. I would strongly recommend Laura to anybody trying to navigate the real estate market. We could not be happier in our new home. Thank you, Laura!
