Great Wall Restaurant

Great Wall Restaurant serves some of the best chinese food you'll find in western mass. It's not oily, overly sugared, nor full of MSG. The Great Wall was recently sold, and the new owner has maintained the quality of cuisine and some of the old menu and recipes. I recommend the Boneless Ribs and Crab Rangoons, which are made out of the finest ingredients. The interior of the restaurant has been repainted with brighter colors, and the new staff is friendly and accommodating. I look forward to returning to try other dishes.

Wow, I am impressed. VERY VERY happy with what we got. Fresh, tasty, clean and delicious! I know clean may sound a bit weird, but heres why its important. Nothing in the food tasted old or like it had been sitting around for a long time. The flavors were bright and aromatic with lots of yum!! I was so impressed with how well it was made and how it tasted. I will put this on the weekly menu for dinner. The owner, Fong, is very pleasant and welcoming and treats you so kindly the minute you arrive. Absolutely sold!! Parking: Super easy to park.

Went in recently and learned theyre under new ownership. Food is very good. Ordered the sauted string beans and they were fantastic, very few Chinese restaurants know how to properly make this dish. You can tell because the green beans get blistered and the skin crinkles because of the extremely high heat of the wok. Perfect amount of wok hei and seasoning.

The food was all amazing. Everything tasted delicious, fresh, not oily, large portions. The new owners were very friendly, we had one person with some dietary restrictions and Chef Fang made some suggestions that worked out great and tasted delicious. We brought a large group and wanted to order a variety of food we could share, they sat us a large round table with a lazy-susan, which worked well for us so that we could just spin serving area around and keep sampling and refilling our plates. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, including tofu. Dietary restrictions: Chef made a great suggestion that tasted delicious, they are very accommodating.
