I bought a 50 year roof that he installed 15 years ago and shingles are coming off. Roof leaked day after the install. Smith could never find his mistake. He came back over 5 times. If he had looked past the end of his hammer he would have seen there was no flashing at a critical point. I fixed it my self and have had no problems.
Install Quality has been terrible from day one.
A properly installed roof should not have shingles blown off.
Had a professional roofer do repairs. He showed me how the shingles had not been nail down properly.

DH Smith replaced a portion of roof for us in 2014. The job was completed on schedule, on budget, and the site was left very clean. Communication was great too. The roof has performed great so far (5 years.)
