We first consulted with N.E. Foundation Crack Repair to discuss how best to eliminate water from the basement of our newly purchased 1939 house. Will gave us several several options to consider, and we decided to start with installation of a sump. Will and his assistant were on time, completed the project quickly and carefully, and cleaned up well. He is also an excellent communicator and took time to answer all of our questions. We will be using NEFCR for other projects, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other homeowners.

We first called New England Foundation Crack Repair to seal a big crack in our unfinished basement wall and to install a lally column, which they did a great job with. But while we were waiting for that, water started pouring into our finished basement from some other place. Paul spent an hour on the phone with us before we'd even had them come out, no charge, helping us troubleshoot and making suggestions. As we've tried to figure out what's going on, they've been great about keeping us informed, calling us back, and giving us lower-cost and less-destructive options before we have no choice but to essentially rip out the finished part of our basement to get at the foundation wall. Will and Chase, who've been out a few times, are friendly and highly competent. Cassandra is very courteous on the phone. And their prices have been very competitive. Highly recommended.

Extremely happy we went with NE Foundation Crack Repair! They are honest, friendly and above all do excellent work. The install looks fantastic and they left the space as clean as it was when they arrived. We will definitely be calling them for additional jobs in the future. Could not recommend enough!

I used this company to replace lally columns in my home. During the job, it was discovered that the previous home owner incorrectly poured a replacement foundation for a column that impacted both structural integrity and safety of the new column (the cement was originally not poured deep enough). Without hesitation, the team formulated a plan to replace the foundation as well as the column to ensure the job was completed both correctly and safely. It was clear they wanted the job done right rather than just fast, which I found reassuring. All in all, my experience with N.E. Foundation was fantastic, and I will definitely be hiring them again in the future.
