Lenny Altieri, you attempted to cheat our business by registering your 26 year old family member in the under 18, Junior Operates License Course. You were informed, via email, after your purchase was caught, that your daughter-in-law was not eligible for the package you purchased for her and you were offered a full refund. Instead of accepting the refund, you went on a tirade that you are not spending that kind of money on her and that you called the Driving school and spoke to someone about the cost of the course for your family, plus you stated that you would contact American Express to dispute the charges. Without dispute, Y\you were offered, on your first phone call to our office, which was today, a FULL refund of your money, no question asked; therefore there was no need for contacting American Express. When asked who did you speak to? You represented that you did not know. Now you are making public statements that you spoke with a man. Which is an outrageous lie. There is no "man" who answers the phone in this office and you were informed of this, you lost your temper and then came your onslaught! You relentlessly degraded the employee in your vitriolic rage, which resulted in her defending herself, against your vicious attack against her. If you were told you to go "eff" yourself Lenny, I am certain that it was justified! FYI... Lenny, when you purchased services here, you do "NOT" get the added bonus of abusing and disrespecting our business, our employees, or our clients with thievery. A nasty human is you Lenny Altieri and everyone should stay away from you Premier Properties and Altieri's Insurance. It is pathetic to see one business owner trying to sabotage another business owner, just because you may have been having a bad morning and you chose to take it out on someone doing their job. Viewing your profile Lenny, you are an extremely unattractive, overweight, lonely and wretched sight that is difficult to stomach. The sight of you definitely is not one you should use to represent your company. Purchase a stock photo Lenny. Our business and our employees are respectful, to everyone! If you want respect, you have to either earn it and you must give it. Respect doesn't go one way!! Our business is committed to serving everyone with respect. We serve with distinction, which is proven in our high passing rate. We Stand by our employee's decision to defend against Lenny Altieri's unprovoked against her.
