Had a scheduled appointment for 4/29 between 12:00 and 4:00 to work on my brand new Jenn Aire stove. No contact from them today. At 4:10 I called to see what was up and they didn't seem to care that it was after 4, didn't know when the technician would be there, but should be by 5. Still no contact from them, no updates. Called again at 6:15 and was told that they still did not know when the technician would be at my house after I wasted a whole day waiting, and again didn't seem to care. I was asked if I still wanted the tech to come to work on my brand new Jenn Aire stove now it was dinner time and I said no. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule and she seemed surprised that I said not with them. Beware. Their answering machine says they care about their customers, but they don't
