Years ago Bobby and his team installed french drains in my cellar. Recently they installed new basement windows. Each job was done to perfection. I love these guys! Quality work, professional, responsive, and all neatly done. Look no further. These Guys Rock!!

We had Global Basement come in last February to install internal French drains to prevent periodic water entry and puddling on the basement floor. Since then, even with all the heavy rain storms, no issues at all. They even reinforced our electrical outlet panel and returned the washer and dryer back in position. Highly recommended.

I called Global Basement to report that my sump pump was running continuously in a dry sump and was told to unplug it and restart and to call back if there was still a problem. Sure enough the pump has been running normally. Story over. Well not quite Two days later they called asking if I still had a problem. I was amazed at how conscientious and customer-oriented these people are and said so. That's what you get with a small, local family-owned business. Two thumbs up!

Excellent experience with Global. Would highly recommend. Quality of work was outstanding. Extremely professional and Bob explained everything he did.
