I would not buy anything from this company. NOTHING.... I called to get information and purchase a Ransburg Electrostatic spray machine. I was connected to a guy named Jim, who claims to be the owner of Norris Wiener, INC. He didn't want to sell a unit because I'm not in his local area to service the machine, keeping it up maintenance wise. I appreciate that, however, I wanted to ask a couple questions and get some general information about the unit and it's operation. He told me he doesn't have time to answer any questions because he's not selling me one. This guy is a total JERK and very unprofessional. Besides, emailing the company to give me a call, and also calling and leaving a message and number for callback, this company could not even do that. Norris-Wiener is a distributor for the Ransburg electro static spay machine, I can't wait to let that company know what a JERKOFF this company is, especially the bozo JIM. My message to you JIM, customers need to know exactly the type of non-helpful person that you are. If you are one of the owners, it won't be long before your business fails, and if your not an owner I pray they see this message. Social media is a wonderful tool to let the public know about poor customer service and and exceptionally bad business model...
