I had a very bad experience here. I went in for a highlights, trim and blow dry. They did not blow dry, the did not trim, I left there with wet hair. They added the wrong mixtures which they admitted too!!. The hair dresser blamed the manger for mixing the wrong mixtures. My scalp was burning bad and he saying no customer ever complained. It burnt my head so bad and bragging how many yrs he's been doing hair.... meanwhile I'm still in pain. He then closed the store and called his girlfriend ,who was not even licenced to work on my hair!!!!!. When they couldn't fix their mess they created.him and HER starting getting confrontational.i felt threanted in a place of business. I suggest nobody go thier. I have to pay another salon after I go to ER.. they kept spraying water when I complained about my pain. Don't recommend at ALL. My scalp where they put the mixture. It hurts, it's bald in some places bald , I have very thick long hair. My scalp now is burnt, highlights. Came out so bad I almost cried in front of them ,they used wrong product. .my hair looked better before I went in. He offered me free products , which I never got..because they knew they were wrong ,he told me not to tell the mangeer. I may have to go to the ER for burnt scalp. I don't recommend this place. Thy sprayed water every time I complained about my pain. Wrist experience at a hair salon in my entire life. Services: Hairstyling, Hair colouring
