From the moment I met Dr Chatson I knew he was the one i could trust with my explant and lift. He was very caring and compassionate and understood how I was feeling. He did the best work with the finest precision. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody. I also want to give his staff recognition. His front desk girl, Terri is amazing, she goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome , she has a great personality and also takes care of everthing with insurance soup to nuts. Lastly Shelly his nurse is amazing , patient and kind. Surgery went fantastic , not one thing id change!

I had the best care. Dr. George P. Chatson is not only an expert and very knowledgeable on his field, but hes very compassionate, he understood my needs and offered the best options and him and his team took very good care of me. It took a while to get an appointment to see him but it was sooo Worth the wait

I had as pleasant of an experience as one could expect when going under the knife. I don't remember much after I woke up but I do remember Melanie was my nurse and was fantastic. I also remember Dr Chatson coming in to say hello and go back over the procedure. The entire process was seamless and satisfactory. Thank you Dr Chatson, Terry, Shelly and the entire staff!

Dr. Chatson is truly a shining star in the medical world, a beacon of hope and healing that I am incredibly grateful to have crossed paths with. His passion for his work is evident in every interaction, and his genuine care for his patients is heartwarming. Dr. Chatson possesses a unique blend of surgical mastery, expertise, and specialized knowledge, particularly in the complex realm of Breast Implant Illness and beyond. I got 470cc silicone breast implants back in 2018 by another surgeon. A year later, a handful of medical issues have come up. My quest for answers led me through an unending cycle of doctor's appointments, tests, and consultations with specialists, only to hit a brick wall of frustration. The medical community struggled to discern the pattern, and I found myself hopeless and exhausted. And then came Dr. Chatson, a guiding light in the midst of darkness. The moment I met him and his amazing staff, a renewed sense of hope and profound relief washed over me. Dr. Chatson not only validated my concerns that I believed were caused by my implants but also provided me knowledge about breast implant illness as well as my choices. I underwent an elective bilateral capsulectomy. Resulting in a visually stunning transformation that far exceeded all expectations. I cannot express how pleased I am with this office, Terry at the front desk is an absolute joy! Right from the beginning Terry advocated for me and helped me out through the whole process of getting an appointment. Any time I call I can recognize her right away by her bright and friendly voice. Shelley the nurse is also just an incredible person. I talk quite a bit (especially when nervous) but I can always joke around with her during my appointments. She is knowledgeable and caring which is really conveyed with how she takes care of the patients that come her way. Dr Chatson is the ideal doctor you want taking care of you (especially if you are coming to him for Breast Implant Illness), he is knowledgeable and never discredits how you are feeling. Before my surgery I was very nervous, Dr Chatson grabbed my hand and reassured me over everything. He did a wonderful job with my surgery and made sure to check up on me afterwards. I will recommend Dr Chatson and the family at North Andover to anyone and everyone. I am almost sad that my surgery is over and I wont come as often due to how much I have enjoyed all my interactions with the staff. This office does not lack empathy and compassion!
