        Builder is very unprofessional. Builder play games with customers using sales staff as shield. There is no transparency in the sale, from sales to construction everywhere they want to cheat you. They do not want you to ask a question unless you put 5000 dollars non refundable deposit. Sales staff are very rude..

        We closed in mid February, and still waiting for landscaping, very difficult to get completion on some items. Don’t close until everything done. I paid more for a lot, and makes no difference.
