There is no question the best decision we made was to choose Ed to sell our home. He is extremely knowledgeable and the utmost professional, with a great easy going personality. Ed was so professional and didnt just open the door for me; he was very knowledgeable about the area and upcoming developments in the community and gave me some great insight into the homes we viewed. Six years ago Ed was my realtor on my very first property purchase, which as everyone knows can be one of the biggest struggles in regard to lack of buyers experience. We started off slow to just get my mind around the purchase and then once I was fully committed within a month I had bought a beautiful condo that was perfect for my lifestyle and budget. Ed was always available and was always willing to walk through my concerns/indecisiveness with nothing but a smile on his face. So when I was ready to upgrade to a house in this market (2022) I immediately turned to Ed. Again, we went at my pace and there was never any pressure to commit to something I wasnt 100% about. We sold the condo within the first week on the market and then within a few months I had moved into my PERFECT home. Ed was always willing to work around my hectic work/life schedule and would find ways to squeeze showings in and schedule weekend trips where we would hit . First of all, I want to say how professional and knowledgeable Ed Gaeta is! I dont believe that any other Agent would have handled the sale of my home better than him.After 34 years in the same house, It was time to downsize, but selling the home that my children grew up in, was very emotional for me. Ed understood this, and helped me to move forward. We started with the must dos like smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, handrails where they were needed, updates to my bathroom, he helped me through the inspection process and while I was planning yard sales and making appointments to truck away my extra items, he was taking pictures of my property and setting a date for my open house. He sold my house the second day of the open house! He was well dressed, well mannered, and listened to and answered all and any future buyers questions, he was fantastic!! And in the end he was right!!I love that I made the decision to downsize! I am very happy that now I have more time for Myself, my Children and Friends. Thanks Ed youre the best!
