We decided to move into a single family house in an area with good schools and chose to work with Judy because she listened to us and gave us very honest opinions. She has a lot of experience with the real estate market and her suggestions really helped us tremendously on many occasions, from avoiding buying a house that we will regret later, to negotiating with the right strategy to finally win the bid on our dream house. Looking for the right house was a roller-coaster process that sometimes made us feel that we will never be able to buy the house we wanted in this market, but Judy was very patient and understanding, and her encouragement helped us to keep focusing on the big picture. I have worked with several realtors before, but I truly felt that Judy is putting her clients' interests above anything else because she wants to make sure that her clients find a house to enjoy and love for many years. We never felt any pressure from Judy on any house. In fact, she encouraged us to put more thoughts into a few houses that we were very interested in, and we realized that they were not the right houses for us. When we finally found the right house, Judy helped us navigate a fierce bidding war and gave us invaluable ideas that definitely made a difference. I would give the highest recommendation to Judy Moses. We are very happy clients who finished closing on our dream house a few months back. As first time home buyers, Judy was knowledgeable, honest, caring and very responsive to us during the entire process of realizing what we were looking for in a house to finding and closing on our beautiful home.During our long search, Judy helped us narrow down to location and neighborhood as well as the type of homes to look for but never pressured us. She was patient and supported us the whole way from able to setup appointments to previewing houses within a couple days of 1st appearing on MLS, which gave us an advantage in the competitive market.We had so many questions during the entire process and now matter how small or paranoid, Judy was very quick and gave straight-forward answers/opinions. Recently I had to the pleasure to purchase a home in the Braintree area. I started to look for homes on the internet. I called a real estate seller for a home which I was interested in. The home ended up being under agreement; Judy from Pathway told me this. We ended up talking for 10 minutes and recommended that she help me with the buying process which worked out great. She then set me up with Michelle Q., an employee. OMG, Michelle is the best real estate agent in the world!!! I love her to death!!!! She spent countless days meeting with me. We look at home after home after home after home; probably close to 45 homes.  But Michelle maintained her composure, patience, manners, friendliness, and candor. She truly knew the real estate business and was very experienced.Finally, one day, she gathered a home that did not meet out criteria exactly, meaning it had oil and was on a main street, but it worked and I LOVE IT!!!!! Michelle loves to cook and bake. She baked me a brownie cake for my birthday while juggling her daughters birthday lol and selling us a home. Pro: She calls to follow up on everything she says and what ever update is necessary, she was like a mom who cared that I made the right chooses, she knew all the processes to buying a home, she met all the deadlines for closing and inspection processes. She was aggressive to the selling agent. She didn't charge me at all. She saved us $16,000 off the purchase price by negotiating again very aggressively. Cons: sometimes she was 5-10 minutes late due to the fact that she lived further away from the houses we were looking at purchasing.Overall, I would probably take a bullet for Micelle, she changed my life forever!!!Thanks so much Michelle,Giovanni.

Last year my wife and I decided to sell our condo in Newton and move up to a single family house.  We identified several realtors recommended by locals in an online forum and did in-person interviews with three of them.  All seemed to be very good, but Judy clearly stood out to win our business.The reason we decided to go with her was because she immediately struck us as someone who is honest, intelligent, and hard working.  Right away, she pulled some data to show us her objective view of  what we could get out of our condo in today's market and what we could get in the single house market in Newton with our budget.  She did not try to depict any unrealistically rosy picture.  But on the other hand, she made us genuinely feel that she would be there to try her very best to help us get the best out of our sale and purchase.Looking back, we are so glad that we went with her - she is exactly that type that we thought she was: honest, smart, very knowledgeable of local housing markets, super sharp eyes during OHs, good negotiator, and hard working.  Upfront we told her what we wanted and didn't want for the new home.  She kept that in mind and faithfully helped us stick to those objectives.During those months when we were doing house hunting, it was very enlightening to hear her opinions of pros and cons on the houses in the market.  It helped us tremendously in learning how to evaluate a property.  She also gave us very good advises on financing, insurance, inspection, negotiating strategies, recommendation on good and reasonably priced trade people, and suggestions on interior renovation of the new place we bought.She works extremely hard.  Sometimes, we were trading emails of thoughts on a property or the market after 10 pm.  Even when one of her family members was undergoing a surgery, she still contacted us to make sure we were being served if we needed any help from her and her team.We cannot say enough good words about Judy and we highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor.  You will not be disappointed going with her!
