Expert carpentry and painting services at my home. Entire house was painted and several window sills repaired, deck sanded and painted and more. The workers are perfectionists, the work done promptly, cleaned up every day. Carlos is reliable and honest. 100% recommended! There are so many good things to say about Carlos, his team and their work. Carlos is extremly easy to speak with, he is on top of all the details and personally visits the job site each day. If extra work is uncovered / required Carlos explains it well and is very fair with additional cost. His workers are polite, friendly, great workers and know their craft. I'm a very detailed client and they met my requirements. The way they arrange the work site and clean up is something other contractors could learn from. I will use Real Painting & Home improvement again. If they are busy and not availablle - I'd wait until they are free. Just really, really appreciate their work and style. I first used Real Painting and Home Improvement a decade ago, for complete exterior painting of a 175 year old home, and for removal of velvet flocked wallpaper and painting of two interior rooms. Their prompt, carefully detailed and accurate estimates, their reliable scheduling, and their meticulous work impressed me then and led me to contract with them again in September 2023 to repaint the house exterior. In the intervening decade, Real has expanded considerably, but once again the owner's response to my request was prompt, his estimate after a careful walk-through of needed work was thorough, and work was scheduled promptly. This time, work included some carpentry in addition to surface preparation (scraping where necessary and power washing), painting of house, garage, and an antique wrought iron fence, railings, and gate. As before, the owner's oversight was prompt and appreciated, the crew was stable and hard-working (arriving each day at 7:30 and working until sunset) but unobtrusive, cleanup each day and at job completion was thorough, and work was accomplished on schedule. As before, I am delighted with the results. I would absolutely use Real Painting and Home Improvement again should the need arise. Real Painting & Home Improvement exceeded our expectations. They were great to work with. We had them pull out all of our original baseboards and put in new ones. It was quite the project and we are so happy with the end result. They also removed the wood paneling from one room and painted it and it looks amazing! They responded quickly when I first reached out and they were great at communicating throughout the project and getting back to me with all my questions. They were flexible with the tricky timeline I gave them and they worked hard to reach it. We have young kids and all the workers were very patient and kind towards them. Carlos was very honest throughout the process. Since I was pretty clueless as to the work being done, I appreciated Carlos's professional feedback and insights. We will definitely be using them again.
