We worked closely with Shawn Tierney to buy our first home together. We started working with Shawn and the Fairway team early on just to start learning what we would need to do to be in a good place to buy a home. Shawn walked us through how to prepare and what to expect through the process. During the pre approval process, we worked with Shawn to understand what our budget would look like. Shawn was always ready to help us put in an offer and was super communicative, even on the weekends. When we finally got an offer accepted, the actual loan approval process went extremely smooth. We were even able to close a few days early, which gave us a huge head start. I would absolutely recommend Shawn and the Fairway team to anyone looking to buy a home - especially first time home buyers!
