Excellent company, had a sewage back up in basement and they were there within 4 hours of this happening to get fans and dehumidifiers on site to help clean up. When demo happened they put up plastic to protect the areas not affected, and the removed all the debris keeping fans in the house until everything was fixed.They always kept me in the loop. Victor was amazing and very communicative. The entire crew was very responsive to all questions and very prompt in their initial response after being called, as well as regularly followed up all through the entire process. I had equipment onsite and starting to dry the place about an hour from initial contact. Contrast this to the other major company I had called initially who gave me the runaround for about 48 hours before I finally had to fire them and found Paul Davis, I should have called Paul Davis much sooner! I had a sewer pipe back up into my basement. Kevin S arrived day after the plumber to access the damage. His team came on Saturday of Labor Day weekend and removed all the debris and cleaned up. I hope to never need this help again but if I do, I will call Paul Davis!
