used to like this office but quality of care has gone way down. staff are often running behind, disorganized, and forgetful. my cleaning started 40 minutes past the appointment time and the dentist did not even bother to see me since they wanted to go home so badly. the staff once made a mistake with my crown and put the blame on me instead of taking any responsibility. overall a poorly managed practice.

Came here with my wife for both teeth whitening as well as wisdom teeth removal. Both experiences exceeded our expectations. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We are over the moon with the level of care and attention that we have received thus far, and while most people fear visiting the dentist, we can proudly say that we look forward to coming to Auburndale Dental every time! Also, BIG shoutout to Dr. Al for the speedy and comfortable wisdom teeth extraction!!!

I did not have a good experience at this dentist. The doctor said I had several cavities which needed to be drilled, and a second opinion from a different dentist said I did not. This happened more than once. The dental hygienist was very kind / good at her job, but I would not trust the doctor.
