Fresh bagels and muffins. Lots of choices for spreads as well as bagels. Good coffee. Overall a good choice for a reasonable breakfast or lunch

Worse customer service ever. The girl decided to do 5 other things after taking my order and when decided to finally make my order they were out of what I asked for, maybe not such a big deal, but I had already paid, so now I need to wait days before getting my money back. Also ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, I wasn’t aware that I needed to say please toast my bagel. When I asked if it was toasted by one girl I was told “I don’t know I didn’t make it”. The girl who did make it I got a dirty look from and she turned to her co-worker and clearly made a comment. As she handed me my new bagel I handed her the other one she threw it in the trash pretty hard and didn’t acknowledge my Thank You! Although the bagels are good, I would rather take my business to another bagel place with employees that don’t have a resting b*tch face.

Great food but very unorganized had to wait almost 10 min for someone to ring us out and then had to wait another 10 min to get the hot tea I ordered

Best Bagel shop in Newton, bagels are always fresh, sandwiches are delicious and the staff is Excellent and cheerful
