Beware of doing business with this company, I canceled my order same day placing it and still sent it anyway, also there is no way to communicate with this company expect through email which I have sent 4 emails trying to receive a resolution still no response. and reading other reviews they say to check your spam/junk well I have everyday. I order the covid-19 at home tesing kit which they charged me $68 including shipping for 1 box, I purchased the same test for $21 so they are price gouging which against the law. I have opened up claims with my credit card company and will be reaching out to all media source. I would give them a zeor star if it was an options. thank you

I gave them two stars because the masks are well made and fit well. However, I tried to return an order that was too small and I could not find any return order instructions for the life of me. I called the service number numerous times and no one ever answered. I emailed and got no response. The experience was frustrating and left me with an overall bad experience in addition to money being wasted.

My grandsons teacher gifted him with a Rafi nova face mask ! Now I’m purchasing more of these intricately sewn masks for the family!

As a Special Education Teacher working with students with Deaf and Hard of Hearing needs, I needed a clear mask that would allow my students to see my mouth so they could read my lips... I tried numerous clear masks and they were either not comfortable or the clear opening was not large enough. A music teacher recommended the Rafi Nova Adults Smile Mask With Adjustable Ear Loops and I LOVE them!! I bought a pack of 4 along with some "anti fog" kits and they work great!! They are comfortable, adjustable and have a large clear opening. The kids are able to understand me and I can teach comfortably... Customer Service is AWESOME too!!

Had a small glitch with masks. The masks are very nice and well made. Had to send emails back and forth to company to rectify the issue. I found this company to be highly responsible with excellent employees. I recommend them and this company very highly.
