The food is excellent and the staff is very courteous. Been there a few times now and always a good experience. The live music is a bonus with a great meal.

Went on a slow Tuesday night. Had a fantastic meal and chowder. George the bartender had good recommendations. Was also a great live band playing. Parking was easy.

I went for Mother's Day brunch, and as much as the atmosphere in the downstairs tavern was nice, it was way overpriced for eggs, bacon, and the basics. Nothing special for mother's day that is for sure. No flowers anywhere, a tiny votive on the table. They ran out of lamb, and most basic items, but probably because the buffet was very small and no space downstairs in the tavern. The desserts were thrown on a plate, and piled on top of each other in a most unattractive way. Could they not of at least placed them in paper pastry cups? Even the salmon was thrown on a plate, could really tell what it was, as it looked like ham. The carver would disappear for ten minutes at a time, because he was trying to run food. I am in this food and beverage industry which made me a worst critic than others, but expectations are high when you are in the business. The waitress dropped the bill and ran, no thank you from anyone for the $204.00 we spent at their establishment.
