Parking continues to be terrible. They need a parking garage here but that would be tough too. Doesn't really matter what time you get here that you should expect to walk a distance to get to the building. That's ok if you aren't sick or don't have an injury. CON: ParkingOther than the terrible parking scene, this is a convenient location to meet with the doctor of your needs. There are several specialty care physicians in this building which makes it a great stop for multiple visits. POS: Many doctorsWe are still having to wear a mask but I expect that trend to continue for a very long time, if not indefinitely. I can see if I were sick - coughing, sneezing, etc - to wear a mask. But if I am here for an X-ray, that should be up to the individual, as long as I am not sick. CON: MaskAppointments are mostly done online these days which is very convenient. This office building is very attentive to having staff respond using the electronic messaging program. I have scheduled last minute appointments using the online messaging system. POS: Attentive with secure messagingScheduling first visit with primary care takes much too long, about a year for me to wait which is unheard of. For me to see the doctor, it is very difficult but there are CNP and NP on staff who can assist. PRO: On-staff medical other than medical doctor. CON: Scheduling with primary care Overall rating is somewhat balanced with more positive than negative because of the friendly staff and also attentive to patient needs. Beside manner with my doctors has been very good.

Great place, great people... good luck getting in touch with any of them, and good luck getting an appointment for anything sooner that 14 days away. They clearly can't handle the number of patients they have anymore, woodworking of service has been going downhill for years now.

Dr. Christine Young (PCP at the NBPT Office) is one of the most patient, affirming, kind doctors. She allows her patients to fully explain what is going on with them and asks lots of good questions to make sure she has a clear picture. She provides thoughtful, understanding feedback and recommendations. Ive only seen her twice, yet I already trust her to go the extra mile. During both appointments she has taken a lot of extra time to allow me to elaborate. She made make me feel heard, and demonstrated her understanding of the situation with her responses, even when there wasnt a quick or easy solution to a complex health problem. Its so rare to find an ally in a physician, especially when there is more and more pressure in many medical practices to make appointments extremely fast. I feel lucky to have Dr. Young on my team and I recommend her to anyone looking for an empathetic doctor. Also, Melissa Ginsburg is EXCELLENT, it was a real bummer when she transitioned from being a PCPs Nurse Practitioner to specialize in Gastroenterology, but if you are looking for one of those, she is truly top tier!
