        This organization is interested in one thing PROFITS not patient care and comfort. They advertise services on the website that are not offered. Please do not waste your precious time, energy and money (even if insurance is covering the cost). There are other reputable Hospice and Pallative Care PROVIDERS. The Director does not return phone calls or emails. That's a real statement of responsiveness for patients who are suffering and ultimately dying, otherwise they wouldn't be seeking these services that Constellation Care claims to offer. Go to ANOTHER PROVIDER....

        My mother-in -law fell and shattered her shoulder. The in home P/T and help has been excellent. They easily shifted between our home and hers and made it all very easy.
