Just as the other reviews mention, Andy and his crew showed up and took the tree down from the top, made it look like eating cake! Excellent service and I would highly recommend them! They were professional and courteous, as well as punctual and successful in getting seven stumps ground up and then clearing up the pellets when finished. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services as well as their expertise in advising what trees should be removed in regards to safety for you and your neighbors.

Andy and his crew were great, very professional. We called for a quote and Andy came the same day and gave us an estimate. We had an appointment 2 days later to have our tree taken down. The crew came in they were polite and took their job very seriously. They took down the tree, removed all the logs. They left my yard immaculate. I highly recommend them. Andy and his team were professional, engaging, responsive, and easy to work with! I had a tree come down during the late October storm and after getting several quotes decided to go with Platinum tree because not only was their price the best but they were the first to get back to me (and even came out for the estimate the same day I called!). They were able to have the tree out within a week of me giving them the go ahead for the work too.
