Going into the heating season we realized our old oil furnace was broken. Bruce responded to my call right away. The guys came out and removed the old furnace and they installed a central heat pump unit. They prioritized the job because we were without heat and got it all done super fast! I am not one to leave reviews but found it was necessary to help anyone who is looking for a experienced HVAC Technician. Bruce is a master at his craft. He installed a new central air AC unit in my home. He has also maintained my system and repaired a flame sensor that was failed causing me to loose heat during the winter. He responded as quick as any human could and made it his priority to get heat in my home as fast as possible. Bottom line Bruce is highly experienced, respects the customer and is incredibly professional. Very reliable and certainly can be trusted.
