Jim and his team are I pleasure to deal with. Every time Ive reached out to Jim he has answered his phone or called me back within minutes. Cant say enough good about colonial west. Ive worked with Jim and his team for almost 10 years. They are efficient, professional, and always leave our home looking better. And he handles snow plowing, too. I signed up for all the seasonal work including the snow removal My yard was not in the best condition, but they were able to turn my lawn around! They were very professional, the pruning looks amazing and you can tell they put the extra time and care into ensuring everything looked its best. We hired Jim for a consult when our yard was looking not so great. He came in and detailed a plan for the season that was affordable and made sense for our property. Jim and his team worked hard in the spring rebuilding some rough areas of the yard as well as pulling and replacing some shrubs that needed it. They maintained these areas in the hot heat all summer and by fall we were so happy to have the yard we always wanted! Jim is very professional and replies to calls and emails within a couple hours.
