Everything about this dealership was awful, sales department was not forthcoming with sale details, shook hands on final number, and within 10 min they changed their position on the final number. Happened twice… be cautious of internet price, they will not honor. After a few days of going back and forth, I was able to make a deal only to find out that they force you to use their bank at a much higher interest rate. I have credit score in 800’s, found my own bank with lower interest rate. They told me I could not use my own bank, argued this and said they wouldn’t close deal without using their bank. Awful people skills… 2 months into truck, I find the transmission has issues, water Inside cabin, I call salesman to notify him of issues, tells me he’ll find me another truck. Haven’t heard from him in months!! Do yourself a favor, stay away from Muzi Ford!! Awful awful experience!!

Horrible experience. The guy was extremely rude, disrespectful and I hated being there every second that i was there. When i said that I might not want the car he said whatever we will sell it in 10 seconds anyways. Dont buy in this ford go to the one in winchester called BONNEL FORD they are the sweetest people around and help you every step of the way
