        Jeff Madeira was super responsive and compassionate when I found out that my homeowner's policy had been canceled and I had 5 days to find a new policy. I felt so taken care of! Plus, total bonus: he saved me about $2,000 a year on my auto policy. Don't get me started on my last broker.

        I had a problem with a claim and Natalie of the Needham office stayed with me on the line and successfully got the answer I needed. My best regards to Natalie and to Kaplansky Insurance for not only calling back, but staying with me during a long hold time for an agent. I am completely satisfied and very thankful for the help she gave, after spending more than 5 hours trying to get a simple answer about a claim.
