Terrific service, friendly, got my excellent top rated snow tires installed, got me in and out quickly in time to stay on my busy work schedule and they even stored my all season tires to switch over in spring...no hassles, just peace of mind!

If I could - I would put ten stars. It all counts when you get help you need the most. My car had flat tire during the extremely cold weather 7 F. After Volvo road assistance fail to send an experienced crew to replace tire with spare one I called Direct Tire and talk to David. He understand that I was desperate for help and within 20 min he arrived and replaced the tire. Thank you Direct Tire to have such a responsible and thoughtful staff!

My experience was ridiculous. I went to this shop for an oil change. The guy kept me for 3 mins to finish something on his computer before even addressing me. The shop was empty, but when I told him I am in for an oil change, it probably didn't look as a valuable proposition. He said he cannot take me today. I asked to schedule for another day and that is when he gave me directly, out of hand, a date 10 days later. For an oil change!!! I asked how long does it take an oil change, knowing completely well it is about 10 mins at most. Without even a blink, he said "An hour and a half!" Really? - I asked. "Oh, yeah! At least!" . A shop with no respect for their customers, and a frontman who lies, that is my perception of the shop. Will NEVER come back to it. Perhaps, to the chain as well.
