      image They seem very nice but when you place an order online for pickup they secretly always screw up your order on purpose! Especially when you dont tip them. Cause they are money hungry! They either burn your sub or dont add the extras you paid for both. Dont recommend this Subway for anyone and will be my last time ordering from here.

      image Subs prepared very poorly-not wrapped properly at all. Employee could barely understand what we wanted and it was not busy. I have worked in retail for many years and this was one of the worst experiences. Came home to find 2 subs mostly made of condiments. Decided well just never go to that location again. :(

      image Went to the subway in natick at 840 they would not let me in I called and the lady said there power was out wen I could see the lights were on I was outside the subway very rude to me the customer service was simply horrible never will I go there again thank you
