They are untrustworthy and management out for $$$ only. Not interested in customer happiness.  I'm now forced to sue them in small claims court.

There are not a lot of futon stores in New England. We have been futon people for decades and after moving from Hawai'i could not find a decent place to get a high quality (vs. Dorm type) futon locally. So glad to find NEMF! Very high quality and fair prices, great service. Love the new futon!

Great company! The owner took the time to answer all of my questions. He also called me twice to let me know when he will be delivering the boxspring. Great product and great service. I highly recommend them.

Joe was super helpful and knowledgable. I highly recommend this store for quality futons!
