Newer main water drain pipe exiting home was leaking around pipe itself, esp. when heavy rain occurred. Area around pipe was treated and it has not leaked since. The company as a whole was straight forward from the start and knew their business. Other companies were vague about what might be the cause and cost of repair and started at a much higher base price than CrackX's standard price. Job was done on time, professionally, and I am pleased with the end product.

I needed CrackXs services urgently on two separate occasions when we found major cracks in our foundation and lots of water was leaking into our basement. Both times the team was extremely responsive. They took proactive steps to try to fit us into their busy schedules, came over very quickly and did the job meticulously to our complete satisfaction, resolving the problem immediately and providing a warranty.

Alex came out and was very knowledgeable and a great demeanor in regards to explaining the process. He went over the warranty information and even laughed at my jokes. I would recommend this company and use them again going forward for foundation crack issues which occur in properties that I buy as an investor. Service: Foundations
