Demitrus has repaired a leaking washing machine and installed a new oven igniter. He is extremely thorough and professional. I found him through Home Advisors where he is highly rated. His pricing is fair. I am glad to know him.

Great in terms of response, appointment scheduling, availability, and showing up for it - no complaints here! However, for a simple belt/pulleys replacement  ($30 total in parts on Amazon + 40 min in labor to open/close which they did anyway for an estimate!) they were going to charge $340 which is half of the price of a new Dryer! Plus, they tried to charge me twice as much for an estimate ($85) vs what was quoted on the phone ($45), but they did reduce it back after the Rep spoke to the owner. Knowing that I wasn't happy, the owner did call me (which I respect) and tried to explain their model and the reasons why they are charging that much. But the whole concept still doesn't make any sense to me economically and it was quite a frustrating and time-wasting (for both sides) experience - since the machine was already taken apart for an estimate, they could've just added 10 min of labor to replace those parts, charge a more reasonable amount for that and have a happy customer! Instead, they preferred to close it back, charge for the estimate and leave :(. I hope this review will help future customers be more prepared for what to expect. Service: Dryer repair

I called Demitrus, he was very friendly on the phone. First thing I asked him was is there a fee for him to come look at my washer and dryer? He told me that if he is able to fix it I will not pay the fee, he came by the house gave me a crazy price I couldn't afford, I decline the service, he charged me $150 for 10 minute of looking at my washer and dryer , I explain to him I do not have $150 to spend on fees that is why I asked him on the phone but he wasn't clear. I wrote him a $75 check put the date for 01/12 told him please do not cash it till Friday he cashed the check the same night. I am so disappointed that a person will take advantage of someone who is having a hardship. now I can not even afford to fix or buy new one thanks to him and all the overdraft fee a received.
