Dave & Team do an execellent job. Always on time, courteous, and hardworking.Dave has done 3 installs for me over the last 10 years. I keep calling him back and refer him to my neighbors. My neighbor also had an execellent experience with Dave. Dave's proposals spell it all out for you and he gives you everything you need to max out your rebates and get them quick. Dave's prices are better than the larger regional guys, he listens to your issues, and genuinely cares about getting a quality job done. Dave also takes the time to educate you on the care and operation of your investment. I had a damper missing on the older part of my system and Dave installed one without asking for more money. This is the type of service you get from Thackaberry HVAC.

Great service! When I inquired about using their service, Dave promptly sent me a detail proposal that had all information needed using mass save. The service was fantastic. Dana and Dave did a great job with installing new furnace and central air. Dana worked very hard in getting the job done in a timely manner. They were professional and efficient.

I wanted to do business with an in-town hvac business so I contacted Thackaberry. My furnace heat zones weren’t working properly and I wanted them fixed. The owner came to my home promptly and said the damper needed to be replaced, that he would order a new one, and return w/in 2 weeks. After more than 3 weeks, I texted him to get a status update. No reply. A few days later I called and he answered his cell phone. Said he saw my text but was out of town and would get back with me when he returned the next day. That was about 2 weeks ago. Knowing that I was getting the runaround from Thackaberry, I contacted an hvac company in Framingham. They sent a qualified technician to my home. The technician diagnosed the problem, repaired it (damper didn’t need replacement) and was on his way. I’m sure Thackaberry will have a different take on this matter but I have no reason to lie.

We have been very pleased with the heat pump air conditioner Dave installed in 2015, and the maintenance since then. At the time, Dave was also very helpful with the paperwork for Mass Saves. Dana did a great job servicing our unit today, she was thorough and helpful. Thank you!

Sam must be very honest. I was referred to Thackaberry Heating & Cooling by a neighbor who also had a good experience with the firm. Impressively, Sam, walked me through a reset sequence that fixed my AC issue and negated the need for a service call.
