Dr. Yampolski's office provided quality children's dentistry to my 4 children for over 2 years. But the administrative staff and hygenists were so rude to myself and other parents, I decided to go elsewhere. We were left to wait for hours in the waiting room, long after our appointment times. I witnessed and experienced the staff address myself and other parents with condescension and disrespect. The kids always left happy and well cared for, so I endured it for as long as I could. Good bye and good riddance.
