I called and left a message for Mark as a new customer who failed inspection on a 2017 BMW X3 and needed a tie rod replacement. I got a call back and was able to drop off my car the very next day and had it fixed and passed inspection with no issues. Appointments at BMW dealerships were one and a half to two weeks out at the time. I definitely will return to Mark's European automotive!! I have owned 5 VW's/ Audi's over the years and am very familiar with the maintenance schedules as well as pricing, do some of the work myself, but prefer to have a professional do most things. Just bought a 2013 A4, brought it to Mark to have it gone through and have a loud humming on the highway looked at ( I assumed wheel bearings ). He went through everything, did some standard maintenance items (Front brakes, plugs, filters, oil etc.) and let me know that it is in fact the tires that need replacing, not wheel bearings. I planned to get new tires anyway so this saves me from spending a bunch of money on wheel bearings I don't need. Being as familiar with German car repair bills as I am, I can tell you his labor cost is extremely reasonable. Honest good work. Will be back. Thanks! Services: Auto maintenance, Brakes

I've used Mark's twice in the last 4 months and both times received honest, timely, and fair service. I've got a 2006 Land rover LR3 that is in good condition, but need the foreign car shop love. First interaction was in 1/2022 after a minor car accident but also required to address a brake line issue. Mark orchestrated the mechanical repair and bodywork seamlessly, as well as being the point of contact with the Insurance Company. Second visit was 3/2022 due to Alternator/AC belt and pulley malfunction. Called Mark and he immediately helped with a prelim over-the-phone diagnosis. Brought the LR3 in on Friday at noon, and was able to pickup by Monday afternoon. Mark has been great to work with and on top of keeping the shop and your car running smoothly. Great communication and honest feedback. Highly recommend for foreign car work. Services: Engine repair, General repairs & maintenance
