Good morning I normally don't write a review like this I had to go to their Mendon location to get measured for custom compression stockings reason is I have severe Lymphedemp And I have to have a compression rating of 40 to 50 I was able to pick the colors I like with was a good thing Received the package by way of UPS this past Monday08/14/23 and I started to wear them the next morning they will not stay up the Prescription for them was altered!!!!

Went in looking for help on information about a product to use. The communication with the employee was useless. No one was willing to help. As other customers arrived, the person talking to us went to help them, then she left the store completely. POOR customer service!! NEVER go to M and M there are many other companies in area [Hopkinton Drug] that will care and be helpful.
