My mom surprised me with a bridal bouquet from Pepperberry for my city hall wedding. They delivered this absolutely beautiful and natural bouquet after my mom told them how much my husband and I love nature. I believe the request was last minute and they did a fantastic job and also did a beautiful boutonnire for my spouse. They hand delivered it with care and instructions on how to keep it looking beautiful. So lucky to have this florist in town!

I use Pepperberry frequently. Ive used it for both of my parents funerals and for many happier occasions. They always exceed my expectations but the last time I ordered they went above and beyond! My great uncle was terminally ill and on hospice and I wanted To send some flowers to be and my aunt. They took the order, I paid And I assumed All was taken care of. A few weeks later turns out my aunt didnt receive them. I called To figure out what happened and lo and behold they did deliver them and even took a phot. Sadly it seemed like someone stole them from in front of her apartment door. No questions asked they offered to either refund or send a new bouquet. The didnt fight me they didnt give me any pushback they just offered to make it right. I was Shocked and happily surprised. I wasnt Expecting to have them do either since they were delivered. They do beautiful work and they care about their customers. I will Never use another florist. Thank you Pepperberry!

Pepperberry always delivers superior service & our prom flowers were no exception. The boutonniere my daughter ordered for her date, stood out with its simple elegance, as did the corsage he gave to her. The flowers were the perfect accent to their special night. Thank you.
