        Great people, very reassuring and knowledgable. I have been (and will continue) going to Wally, Tom and now Ryan despite lower prices elsewhere because they have such good customer focus. Realistically, when it comes down to it and you need to put in a claim, you probably want a human and none of the other companies I have worked with (when I lived outside their service area) provide that.
