    I did 5 star work for them before years back for so many GAP and retail stores, and all of a sudden one day - they stopped reimbursing for tolls and equipment used, didn't notify any technicians about their new policies... and then on 1 job, refused to reimburse for my tolls and equipment... then proceeded hand me a 1 star on FN. Stopped working with them after that. Lowballing with no travel and no reimbursements, what a joke of a company. I remember a spencer technician with a spencer van came with me on a job, and I knew more than him... he was suppose to be the lead... who are these people trying to play? Like am I suppose to work for for 1-2 hours, to reclaim my own expenses for my own equipment/travel time/fuel/tolls via free labor from my end? Like what's the thought process behind that? It's like you want to scam people. I was just randomly going thru some old files and saw this company in my records, wanted to return their 1 star rating, since they really deserve this 1 star rating.
