Apologies for the lengthy review but I do hope folks find it useful looking for a solid plumbing and repair service. I've been in my home for 7 months, and am frustrated, like many new home owners, by lack of workmanship present in my recently flipped home from electrical to plumbing to paint. While I can handle cleaning up and redoing a lot of that work, I shy away from plumbing, and after 10 hours of overhead snaking to clear a drain clog every 2 months, I started searching for a permanent solution. After reading reviews here for Peter's business I decided to call for a consult. I can't express how much a relief it was when he showed up, same day I'd enquired. He talked sense and had a clear idea what sort of work would get us back to code and in good shape for the future. He sent me an estimate down to the finer details, and was able to schedule for the following week. I happened to be out of town when we scheduled the work so I left a key and a brief explanation to get him and crew in. What I arrived home to was superb! The work was complete, the space was cleaner than we had left it, and where they found problems they also implemented sound solutions. Expect to pay 150 for the consult, which is worth it in information alone for a layman like me. This is later knocked off the final price. Overall the price may seem high for the work, but I have to agree with other reviews, the result and the clarity and responsiveness with which he approaches business is refreshing and reassuring. One hundred percent worth it, and looking forward to our inevitable water heater replacement! Services: Drain unblocking, Pipe repair

Peter is professional, honest and reliable. I have used his service for many years. I called him on Thursday evening, explained to him my water heater was old and started to leak. He gave a very reasonable quote and said he would be there 8AM the following morning. He was at my house 8AM and installed the new water heater and old leaky water shutoff value without charging me extra. I highly recommend his service. Service: Boiler installation

Peter went above and beyond to make sure that we get the best water heater system installed as quickly as possible. He pays attention to details and makes sure that he delivers the best quality of work. I will definitely reach out to Waterworks for future plumbing and heating repairs and maintenance.
