K.C.'s Drapery & Blind Design

I wish I read reviews first. Probably the worst experience even though I tried to buy from a small local store. After many months delay, they delivered the wrong shades and denied it. The owner, KC walked out when I asked for a refund and said “do what you want”. I’m out $580 and left with one crumby roller shade. I ordered a Hunter Douglas and was told the delay was because they close in August but that’s not what I got. Pathetic. Don’t waste your time. I’m telling my Mashpee neighbors to avoid this place like the plague.

A Great Experience - We recently visited the Mashpee KC's Drapery & Blind store. We didn't have a big job planned but Laura worked with us over the course of three visits as hard as if we were doing a 10 room home. Laura is very friendly and most knowledgeable about her business. She answered all of our questions and had some solid recommendations.After we made our tentative choices, Ken, the owner of KC Drapery came by the house for more discussions and final measurements. Four weeks later, Ken came by and installed our window treatments and they look amazing. In today's environment, it is a pleasure to do business locally, with a company that treats customers fairly, and offers quality products at a fair price.
