From the first moment our family entrusted our family home to Priscilla and family they proved our trust in their knowledge and experience was completely warranted. Our home was unique and recent zoning and conservation issues made a positive outcome nearly impossible. We needed assistance with Title V, landscaping, pest control and other issues and she knew exactly who to call for timely, reasonably priced services. When there were problems she was supportive and if she was unavailable, Tyler jumped into the breach helping out however possible. There were advertisements and open houses every weekend without fail. This group knows more about the Mashpee/Cotuit area than most realtors have forgotten. I could go on and on but let me just summarize by saying you will never find a more knowledgeable, experienced, dedicated group of realtors. We are grateful for all they have done.
