I would recommend anyone to choose a different truck rental company. I made a reservation on my moving date and the truck was unavailable when I went to go pick it up. I'm not sure what the point of the reservation is if I don't have a truck available when I'm supposed to move. My initial reservation was in Shrewsbury but the guy there transferred me to Marlborough because they had one truck available for me. When I called, the guy on the phone was completely unhelpful. Eventually, I got my truck but not after 2-3 hours of stress and calling back and forth.

The truck was really dirty inside and the dashboard didn't have any lights so couldn't even see the speedometer.

Very similar to the Seinfeld episode. They know how to take the reservation, they just don't know how to keep the reservation. Called at 7:15am to say they have no truck at this location. But they will have a corporate supervisor do a regional search. He calls an hour later and says there is not a truck within 50 miles. Never again Budget, thanks Penske.
