We were very pleased with the job of Carlos and his team at Rosado Environmental. We got several quotes for our asbestos removal project and Carlos was the most affordable. He was very responsive from start to finish of the job, and completed it in a timely manner. He was a good communicator and even went above and beyond in helping us get the asbestos inspection completed quickly so we could begin our flooring installation. We could not be happier with the work performed by Rosado Environmental. We own a very old home (290 years) in western Massachusetts that contained vermiculite in the second story ceiling, as well as asbestos in the walls and ceiling plaster. This was a big job that took almost 2 weeks to complete. Carlos provided great service, was very communicative, and completed the job on schedule. The space was left extremely clean and our DEP certification was granted immediately upon completion of the job. Prior to selecting Carlos, we got 3 quotes. Carlos was the low price, but we are certain that he did not cut any corners. We highly recommend Carlos Rosado to help with any issues you might have related abatement of hazardous materials.

Carlos and his crew removed asbestos siding shingles on our 103 year old house and also removed asbestos insulation from heating pipes in our basement. Every step of the process from the first interview to proposal to work completion was done in a professional and timely manner. Carlos always responded promptly when I called with any questions and once they began work, I knew *exactly* what to expect. Carlos also coordinated well with my siding contractor ensuring a seamless transition between the two jobs. His crew was very respectful of our property and the cleaned-up was well-done and complete. I highly recommend Rosado Environmental and will use them again.

Carlos Rosado is the owner of this company and is directly involved in the day-to-day field operations of his company. He is professional, courteous and an excellent communicator.
