Identied reason for lack of hot water throughout entire condo building... problem in a unit being renovated.. corrected problem in unit and identified another issue that needed immediate attention.

Mike was super professional and explained everything perfectly. Our "no hot water" issue turned into a much bigger job because Mike ( thankfully) noticed some other issues related to our heating system. These issues could have resulted in us suddenly not having any heat this winter. Mike explained the potential problem and what he could do to prevent it from happening. He had the needed parts in his truck and, more importantly, he had the knowledge and experience to do what needed to be done. Althought we ended up spending a lot more money than we had anticipated, we feel confident that the work performed was necessary. We also feel more at ease that our heating and hot water systems will carry us through the upcoming winter. Mike and his assistant, Lauren, were true professionals and I would highly recommend them!
