Terrible place to deliver to, very slow with receiving goods. I agree with previous guys... I made appointment for 7 am, I got here at 7am, when I got here there were 3 trucks ahead of me, now is 9:30 and I'm still not even in the yard. What is the point of making appointments???
And even if you do first come first serve its still way to slow!
And I will tell you right away what c
You can do to improve it, HIRE MORE GUYS TO DO RECEIVING, that will fix everything and you don't have to look for other solutions...

They don’t care keep you waiting because the driver of the forklift stays on the phone and has no respect for the trucks drivers.

The absolute worst place to deliver too. Every other National Lumber I have hauled to everyone is nice and polite, get you in and out quickly. Not this one, take as long as they feel like, have a reservation time that is required for delivery, or so they claim at Lumber yard, and means absolutely nothing to them. If you have option to deliver here, DO NOT TAKE IT!!!!
